How to Lose weight if you are a diabetic?

I am curious to know if many people have lost a decent amount of weight by using her workout DVD of the 30 Day Shred. If so, how much weight? How long? What did your diet consist of? Also did you do any extra workouts besides the the DVD?

im on day 28, lost about 5 pounds but i feel stronger and more lean, i also did 30 mins of cardio on my gazelle after, been eating healthy
