here is my plan?

i have but 15 pounds to lose, no more no less. i don't want to drop below 100 pounds.
5'2'' 120 pounds.
i follow the Let's Do Lunch diet by Roger Troy Wilson, and i love it, it fits so well into my schedule.

i usually have a banana smoothie for breakfast: 1-2 bananas 1/2 cup milk and ice.

i have a salad for lunch, then beans with chicken and steamed veggies.

for dinner, if im hungry, i will have a salad or fruit smoothie.

im working out 6 days a week, roller blading or biking.

morning and night for about an hour sometimes more.

so that is my plan, i just want to lose the 15 pounds!

how long will it take me to lose the weight?

do you think this will work!?

Well this will work wonders, but you need more food!!
