Reduce the thigh and waist?
Hi I am 33 yrs old man my weight last year was 99 kg (hieght176cm) I consulted a docter and reduced my weight to 80 kg but now I have again stated to gain weight. My most weight gain is the waist area and my thigh. Waist is a common but my thigh are bulky like a lady and I feel very shame of it I want to know what is the best excersize I can do to reduce the same. Pls someone help me
Hate to have to be the one to tell you this, but there is NO SUCH THING AS SPOT REDUCTION. You can't work out the legs and expect to just loose fat in that area. It's all in your genes. Your body stores fat where it wants to, so when you do cardio, it burns it from where it wants to. Exercises however will make your legs more muscular. My advice to you is, ramp up your cardio, eat a little healthier and your body will take care of the rest. Hope this helps.
